LOUISVILLE, KY... Metal Sales™ will exhibit at the 2013 American Institute of Architects (AIA) National Convention and Design Exposition, June 20-22 at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver.
A brand new Metal Sales display will showcase the versatility, durability and beauty of the company’s metal wall and roof panels. Representatives from Metal Sales will be on-hand to discuss the company’s wide range of product offerings, coating and material options, superior technical support and commitment to sustainability and Net-Zero design.
“Metal Sales offers the architectural community a variety of building envelope solutions for new construction and retrofit applications. Our products meet high performance building needs without sacrificing aesthetic appeal and functionality,” explains Christian Nolte, Vice President, Marketing and Sales for Metal Sales. “We look forward to demonstrating and discussing our diverse palette of textures, shapes and profile depths to inspire design and sustainable building objectives.”
Metal Sales recently announced they are the first metal panel manufacturer to be included in the rigorous and exclusive Declare™ program. Declare is an ‘ingredients label’ program for building products operated by the International Living Future Institute. The Declare label will be on display at the booth. Metal Sales has fully disclosed all of the ingredients in its Acrylic-coated Galvalume® roof and wall panels through Declare, and they are designated as being Red List Free. This designation means Metal Sales Galvalume finish does not contain any ingredients on the Living Building Challenge’s Red List, a collection of ‘worst-in-class’ building materials.
The AIA Expo brings together architects and building industry professionals to display a wide variety of new products, services and advancements in the field of architecture. The 2013 convention theme is “Leadership For Architecture…Leadership Beyond Architecture.” The convention will focus on multiple topics related to advancing the architecture profession and the influence of architecture on the quality of life, the built environment and sustainable lifestyles.
